“Hola! Soy Gaby, me apasionan el mar y las olas desde que soy un niño. Mi primer contacto con ellas fue a través del bodyboard y desde el 2008 me dedico al Kitesurf en la modalidad strapless (sin cinchas). Este deporte es mi vida. Si hay viento y olas es difícil que no me vaya a navegar cada día y Canarias nos ofrece unas condiciones excepcionales para ello, así que intento aprovecharlas. Es fácil encontrarme en una de nuestras playas: Vargas, Jinámar, Salinas de Pozo Izquierdo… Y en cuanto puedo, pillo un avión y me voy a descubrir otros spots en otras partes del mundo. Aun me queda mucho por descubrir y espero compartirlo con todos los amantes del Kitesurf.“
“Si te fijas en mis fotos con atención, navego con una adaptación en la barra, ya que desde que nací sufro de parálisis braquial en mi brazo derecho. Esto no ha sido impedimento para intentarlo todo: aparte de bodyboard y kitesurf, he escalado, monto en moto… Sólo hace falta tesón, ánimos y un poco de ingenio para adaptar el material a lo que uno puede hacer. Si necesitas ayuda para empezar, escríbeme! Seguro que encontramos la forma. ¡LAS LIMITACIONES NOS LAS PONEMOS NOSOTROS MISMOS!”
